Use the form for withdrawal, return, digital delivery issue or order verification. For digital modules delivered instantly, eligibility depends on delivery status, license activation and consent given at checkout.

Order: It includes the public ID received by email and the address used for payment.
Verification: We analyze the payment status, the delivery, the download and the invoice.
Answer: We will return by email with the decision or with the details we still need.
