The data operator

Data for orders and account

For module orders, we can process name, email, phone, company, billing data, CUI/fiscal code, address, purchased products, payment status, licenses, download links, activation domain, license validations, validation IP, module version, technical onboarding data and order history from the customer's account.

Data for leads and support

Through the form we can receive name, email, phone, company, project type, budget, timeline, message, order ID, problem description and usual technical data such as IP, user-agent, referrer and campaign parameters, for security, diagnosis and commercial response.

Purposes and grounds

• Order execution, module delivery, license, account and support.
• Invoicing, accounting records and legal tax obligations.
• Response to requests, offers, withdrawals, returns or delivery problems.
• Security, prevention of abuse and defense of our rights.
• Analytics and marketing only based on the consent expressed in the cookie banner.

Suppliers and recipients

We can use providers for hosting, email, Stripe for card payment, SmartBill for invoicing, security services, analytics and advertising platforms. The providers receive only the data necessary for the service provided. We do not sell personal data.

Analytics and marketing

Google, Meta/Facebook and TikTok are activated only after consent. We can transmit commercial events such as product viewing, adding to cart, checkout and purchase. For paid orders, we can also use the server-side Google Measurement Protocol, Meta Conversions API and TikTok Events API integrations, with the same event identifier for deduplication. Email and phone are normalized and SHA-256 transformed before transmission to marketing platforms; we do not transmit message content, passwords or tokens. Server-side events are created only for categories supported in the banner.

How long we keep the data

Order and invoicing data are kept according to legal fiscal and accounting obligations. Lead and support data are kept as necessary for commercial discussion, contracting, defense against abuse and operational history. The cookie consent is kept to respect the expressed preferences.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or opposition, to the extent permitted by law. If the processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time for the future. You also have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
